The material for this album was written in collaboration between Ron Geesin and Pink Floyd member Roger Waters. In the last track of the album "Give Birth to a Smile" has all four members of Pink Floyd, and Geesin on piano, although David Gilmour, Nick Mason and Richard Wright were not marked on the envelope. On the cover of the album features a transparent anatomical mannequin.
