Wright left the band in early 1970, after the release Ceremony in December 1969."Something To Say" was co-written by Joe Cocker and later appear on his album 1972 Joe Cocker . The Grease band members Henry McCullough, Chris Stainton and Alan Spenner joined the original members of Spooky Tooth Harrison, Grosvenor and Kelly to finalize the album. The band Grease has reached international fame a year earlier, supporting Joe Cocker at Woodstock. the album was produced jointly by Stantom and Chris Blackwell.
