Tons of Sobs is the debut Studio album by British rock band Free, released by Island Records on 14 March 1969. One of the first albums in the style of Blues-rock. The album hit the UK charts, but reached #197 in the Billboard Hot 200 in the United States.At the time of the recording of the album the band Free was very young: none of them are under the age of twenty, and bass player Andy Fraser was sixteen. They have had some success through constant touring, and their debut album was composed mostly of songs performed at concerts. After Bathing at Baxter's is the third Studio album by American rock band Jefferson Airplane, released in 1967 on RCA Records. Unlike the album Surrealistic Pillow, released in the same year earlier, After Bathing at Baxter's has a stronger psychedelic sound and does not contain commercial pop songs like "Somebody to Love" appearing on the second album and a fully formed first. Jefferson Airplane began playing rock much harder than what was played earlier.The album is divided into five parts, includes a few experimental tracks such as the nine-minute instrumental "Spare Chaynge" and the song grace slick "rejoyce", a homage to the James Joyce novel "Ulysses".
