OVERLANDERS-MICHELLE-1965-FIRST PRESS UK-PYE-NPL18138. A rare British original beat band. They released twelve singles on the Pye Record label between 1963 and 1966, but only one major LP. The Overlanders 'only UK hit was a cover of The Beatles' "Michelle". In January 1966, it reached number 1 on the Record Retailers chart (later the UK Singles Chart). In doing so, the single beat off a rival recording of David and Jonathan's "Michelle", whose version was produced by George Martin and featured arrangements by Tony Hatch.

On Your Feet or on your Knees is the first live album by American rock band Blue Öyster Cult, released on February 27, 1975 by Columbia Records. The album features three songs from each of the band's first three studio albums, two cover versions ("I ain't Got You", albeit with altered lyrics, and "Born to Be Wild"), and one ("Buck's Boogie") original instrumental, which remains a staple of the band's live shows to this day. The 12 songs include performances at The Academy of Music in New York, the Paramount Theatre in Portland, The Paramount Theatre in Seattle, The Show Palace in Phoenix, the Long Beach Arena, The P. N. E. Coliseum in Vancouver, and The Capitol Theatre in New Jersey, although it is unclear which songs came from which venues and on which dates. Blind Faith is the only album by the British rock band of the same name, which was released in August 1969 and immediately topped the US and UK charts. Recording took place in London, first at Morgan Studios, and then at Olympic Studios, under the direction of producer Jimmy Miller. All tracks on this album belong to the band members, except for a cover version of "Well All Right" from the Buddy Holly repertoire. The album received positive reviews from critics, was a great commercial success and immediately topped the charts on both sides of the Atlantic. The cover of the album, published in the UK, shows a young topless girl (the younger sister of photographer Bob Seidemann, the creator of the cover) holding a model airplane.
