ROLLING STONES-BIG HITS (HIGH TIDE AND GREEN GRASS)-1966-FIRST PRESS (STEREO) UK-DECCA-TXS101. Matrices XZAL-7503-4W, XZAL-7504-3W. A very rare British original of the iconic ROLLING STONES album. Big Hits (High Tide and Green Grass) is the first compilation album by The Rolling Stones. With various covers and track listings, it was released on March 28, 1966 on London Records in the US and on November 4, 1966 on Decca Records in the UK. The American edition focused on songs from 1964 and 1965 with two new tunes: the recent "19th Nervous Breakdown" and the re-recorded "Time Is on My Side" with a guitar intro. The British version covered a longer period, starting with the band's first A-side single in 1963, "Come On", and ending with several songs from 1966, including the recent hit "Have You Seen Your Mother, Baby, Standing in the Shadow?" The album reached number three on the US Billboard 200 chart.[1] and the fourth place in the UK albums chart.[2] It remained on the chart for 99 weeks in the US, where the RIAA certified the album as double platinum, which meant more than two million copies sold. ...more

SOUNDS OF MU-ROUGH SUNSET-1995-FIRST PRESS RUSSIA-MAMONOV-OM04. A very rare original of the cult album. Rough sunset is the fifth Studio album under the banner "Sounds of Mu" and the first recorded in the new line-up. The second line-up of the band grew out of the project of Peter Mamonov with his half-brother Alexey Bortnichuk, which was to be the next step in his musical development. Subsequently, the Duo became a Quartet, and the newly formed group needed a name. Mamonov considered it necessary to change the name from the original, "Mamonov and Alexey", to the already used"sounds of Mu". The application of the old name of the group to the new line-up caused discontent among the members of the former "collective", which led to accusations against Mamonov and the formation of the collective "echoes of Mu". In addition to Mamonov and Bortnichuk, the new line-up included bassist Yevgeny Kazantsev and drummer Andrey Nadolsky. Mamonov himself sought to create a wall of sound on the album, changing the sound in favor of guitar parts. Clambake is the sixteenth soundtrack album by American singer and musician Elvis Presley, released by RCA Victor in mono and stereo, LPM/LSP 3893, in October 1967. This is the soundtrack to the 1967 film of the same name starring Presley. He entered RCA Studio B in Nashville, Tennessee on February 21, 1967 for recording sessions for his twenty-fifth film. A rare Swedish original of the cult band's debut album. The debut album of the Swedish pop-rock band Roxette. Pearls of Passion was recorded at EMI Studios in Stockholm in 1986, and was released only in Scandinavia and Canada. The first edition of the Swedish record has an engraved inscription on the rim: "T'WAS A PLEASURE - CAPTAIN AND KANGAROO". The inscription has a hidden meaning, but Per Gessle does not reveal the secret and wants it to remain a secret. ...more
