HARD STUFF-BULLETPROOF-1972-THE FIRST UK-PUP PRESS -TPSA7505. matrices A-1U/B-1U. 1G/1G Stamper (A Dream!!!!!)  Hard Stuff was formed in 1970 from already well-known musicians as a trio, but first under the name Daemon. It consists of bass guitarist, keyboardist and vocalist John Gustafson (participated in The Big Three, The Merseybeats, Quatermass, Roxy Music, Ian Gillan Band), guitarist and vocalist John Du Cann (Andromeda, Atomic Rooster), drummer Paul Hammond (Intellectuals, Atomic Rooster), as well as an unknown vocalist Al Sbawz. The result was, as it were, a fusion of two musicians who left Atomic Rooster and one who came from the disbanded Quatermass, plus a vocalist. With this line-up and under the name Daemon, they recorded the album “The Entrance to Hell” in 1971. Due to the non-release of the album, the band renamed itself Bullet, after which it toured a lot, including several times opening for Deep Purple and even released a couple of singles, but again in 1972 changed its name to Hard Stuff due to the presence of a group in the United States called Bullet, which may have threatened lawsuits. And with a new name, the band released two full-length albums on the chic Deep Purple label, and also continued to perform with successful concert tours, and perhaps would have done more, but unfortunately, having got into a serious car accident, so two members were seriously injured, and their further career was terminated. But still, they managed to create these wonderful releases already as a trio without vocalist Al Sbawz. BEE GEES-HIGH CIVILIZATION-1991-FIRST PRESS UK/EU GERMANY-WARNER-7599-26530-1. A rare original of the cult group. High Civilization is the nineteenth studio album by the British pop group the Bee Gees, released on March 25, 1991 in the United Kingdom, and on May 14, 1991 in the United States-their last album recorded for Warner Bros. Records, after a four-year contract (they will return to WB through a subsidiary company Reprise Records in 2006: having obtained the rights to their previously released material, they will reissue each album through Reprise). Perhaps in response to the firm resistance of American radio to the two previous albums-E. S. P. (1987) and One (1989), which proved well in other countries, the American Warner Bros. gave this advertisement one less share and did not release remixes. They recorded this album, and their next album size is not everything with engineer Femi Gia.  In the US, the album was only available on CD and cassette, but the LP version was released in limited quantities in some countries. While it failed to chart in the US, it reached No. 6 in Switzerland, No. 2 in Germany (achieving platinum certification in both countries), No. 24 in the UK. ...more

YES-UNION-1991-THE FIRST PRESS OF GERMANY-ARISTA number 211558 is a rare original of the great prog band.  Union is the thirteenth studio album by the British progressive rock band Yes, released in 1991 under the Arista Records label. The album is supposed to be a reunion of Yes (John Aderson, Chris Squire, Trevor Rabin, Tony Kaye, Alan White) with Anderson Bruford Wakeman Howe (also including John Anderson with Bill Bruford, Rick Wakeman and Steve Howe). Half a million copies were sold in the USA, which corresponds to the gold status. QUICKSILVER MESSENGER SERVICE -HAPPY TRAILS-1969-THE FIRST USA-CAPITOL-ST-120 PRESS. A rare American original of the iconic album. Happy Trails is the second album by the American band Quicksilver Messenger Service. Most of the album was recorded from two performances at Fillmore East and Fillmore West, although it is unclear which parts were recorded at which Fillmore. The record was released by Capitol Records in 1969 in stereo format.  The album was an unexpected commercial success, peaking at number 27 on Billboard and eventually received a gold certification (over 500,000 copies sold in the United States) in 1992 by the Recording Industry Association of America. It was voted at number 553 in Colin Larkin's album "1000 Best Albums of All Time" 3rd edition (2000). In 2003, the album was ranked 189th on Rolling Stone magazine's list of the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time, retaining the ranking in the revised 2012 list. He was ranked 44th in Rolling Stone's "50 Coolest Records." Quicksilver's "Mona" was ranked 88th on Rolling Stone's list of the 100 Greatest Guitar Songs of All Time.   ...more

A rare American original of one of the iconic jazz albums.  This is an album by two American jazz magnates Johnny Hodges (saxophone) and organist Wild Bill Davis with performances at Van Gelder Studio in 1965, released on the Verve label.
