On the cover of this disc to the giant skull depicted political figures: Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Benito Mussolini, Pol Pot, IDI Amin and Heinrich Himmler; criminals like al Capone and Charles Manson, and members of the Ku Klux Klan in his traditional garb. The Headless Children has become one of the most commercially successful albums W. A. S. P. and retains this status to this day. It is worth noting that the keyboardist was invited KEN HENSLEY (URIAH HEEP), who contributed to the making of the album.
