The official releases came out with three different versions of the cover. On the single I'm a Rebel on the reverse side of the envelope contained a warning that the Accept is much stronger than steel and could crack the head.

The last album Queen recorded and released during the life of Freddie mercury. The name contains Innuendo "innuendo" that the group in this part will last for very long. The last song is very difficult given Freddie, who was already seriously ill. However, the album was finished and well received by the public.
