The official releases came out with three different versions of the cover. On the single I'm a Rebel on the reverse side of the envelope contained a warning that the Accept is much stronger than steel and could crack the head.

The fifth solo album under the name Mark Kill to Get Crimson is born on September 17. From the Inside is the eleventh album and fourth Studio album by American rock singer Alice Cooper, released in November 1978. The creation of this album was inspired by Cooper's stay in new York hospital, where he was treated for alcoholism. Each of the characters of the songs based on real stories of people who met with Cooper in the hospital. To work on the album, Alice invited three former band members Elton John: poet Bernie Taupin, guitarist Davey Johnstone and the bass player Dee Murray.
