Virgin Killer is the fourth Studio album by the German band Scorpions, released in 1976, the band's first album, known outside Europe. The title song, Virgin Killer, illuminates the subject of human depravity, it gave the idea covers with naked young virgin who was banned in the United States and several other countries. As with the previous album, In Trance, the cover was censored in some countries the album was released with an alternative version of the cover. The artwork was Steffan Böhle, Manager of RCA Records. He depicted a naked minor girl on black background; broken glass effect covering her genitals. In Japan, the album reached the 32nd line in the hit parade.
