Recorded at Le Studio in Morin-Heights, Quebec and Manta Sound in Toronto from February to may 1983, this album, like his mnohodetnoy predecessor ,was produced by Mike Stone. The cover was designed by Roger Dean (Roger Dean) , known for his work with Yes.

Gill and Roelofs 1980 record a new album, preceded by its release of the single We Gotta Get Out Of This Place. The album was called I Like Some Cool Rock'n'roll, and it was produced by himself, Roelofs, and Farian remained in the project as a viewer and a producer, for which, however, had the final word. The album was attended by interesting disco song Go Down Main Street, Tom Cat, as well as a few songs Roelofs, co-written by Fred Jay, including a beautiful lyrical Take Your Time. What prevented this album to be a bestseller, unknown, but, apparently, the role played by the fact that in 1980 disco began to experience hard times. Nevertheless, the album became fairly common in Europe (especially Eastern) and South-East Asia, where Euro-disco was very popular. ...more
