Appetite for Destruction is the debut Studio album by American hard rock band Guns N’ Roses, Geffen released July 21, 1987. According to some estimates, the total circulation of the plate was 27 million copies, according to the other 32 million. According to Billboard 200, the most successful debut album in the US in the number of copies sold. Originally the album cover was an illustration by Robert Williams depicting a monster with daggers for teeth, attacking the robot, bent over the insensible woman in a torn dress and with pants down. Numerous complaints from various religious and social organizations have forced many stores to sell CD's wrapped in brown paper or some other way to close the figure, or to opt out of album sales. RINGO STARR,ADAM FAITH-SCOUSE THE MOUSE-1977-FIRST UK PRESS-POLYDOR - 2480429. Mega rare album was recorded for the movie. Scouse the Mouse (pronounced "Zee Scows mouse"; Rus. Scows Mouse) album, music for children, with the participation of Ringo Starr (as a vocalist) and other artists, released on 9 December 1977 in the UK by Polydor Records. Starr plays the role of the main character of the story, Scouse the Mouse, who emigrates from Liverpool to the United States. "Skaut" — the word for the nickname of the inhabitants of Liverpool in Britain, and Liverpool accent or dialect. Other main characters played by Adam faith (a journalist, actor and singer, repeatedly achieved success in the British charts 1960) ("Bonce the Mouse") and Barbara Dickson (Scottish singer) ("Jolly Molly"). The animated TV version of the story told in the album, it was planned to be shown on television network ITV, but the show was delayed due to a strike, and then was completely canceled. A different version was released on Polydor in Europe and Capitol in the US, Canada and Japan. The album "Love Is Like Oxygen", the latest single from the group that ranked in the top 40, it reached number 8 in the US and 9th in the UK. The only version of "Love Is Like Oxygen" is substantially shorter than the album version. The second single, "California Nights", was released as the album but only reached #76 in the United States. This was the last album with the classic lineup of Sweet, as Brian Connolly left about a year after the album's release to start a solo career. The remaining trio of Steve priest, Andy Scott and Mick Tucker continued the work and released three albums before breaking up in 1981. ...more
