ARKTIS-ARKTIS TAPES-1975-FIRST PRESS GERMANY-BON BON-BBR7502. Mega rare short-run original of one of the key prog albums of the 70s. Arktis - Arktis Tapes 1975. The second album of the band from Bonn. Unfortunately, the first album did not find a "buyer", and in 1974, with the assistance of Konrad Planck, Arktis recorded a second demo album, released in may 1975 with a circulation of 500 copies-again for promotion purposes. The music here is somewhat restrained, but no less attractive and covering. In this music, you can feel not only a craving for art-rock (prolonged instrumental pieces), but also the sprouts of guitar technique, characteristic of what in the next decade was called "heavy metal". One critic wrote a scathing note: If such an album had been released in 1969 or 1970, they would have been at the top with Black Sabbath and LED ZEPPELIN , and now the time is gone. "Tapes" suffered the fate of the first Arktis album, and Blahut disbanded the band.

SOUNDS OF MU-ROUGH SUNSET-1995-FIRST PRESS RUSSIA-MAMONOV-OM04. A very rare original of the cult album. Rough sunset is the fifth Studio album under the banner "Sounds of Mu" and the first recorded in the new line-up. The second line-up of the band grew out of the project of Peter Mamonov with his half-brother Alexey Bortnichuk, which was to be the next step in his musical development. Subsequently, the Duo became a Quartet, and the newly formed group needed a name. Mamonov considered it necessary to change the name from the original, "Mamonov and Alexey", to the already used"sounds of Mu". The application of the old name of the group to the new line-up caused discontent among the members of the former "collective", which led to accusations against Mamonov and the formation of the collective "echoes of Mu". In addition to Mamonov and Bortnichuk, the new line-up included bassist Yevgeny Kazantsev and drummer Andrey Nadolsky. Mamonov himself sought to create a wall of sound on the album, changing the sound in favor of guitar parts. On the cover of the album depicts a photo of Valora Trucks, son of drummer Butch Trucks and his wife Linda. The back cover features a photo of Brittany Oakley, daughter of berry Oakley and his wife, Linda. The album represented The allmans ' commercial peak: it sold more than seven million copies worldwide, ranking at the time in the top 200 pop albums for five weeks. "Ramblin' Man " became the band's first and only hit, peaking at number two on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1973.
