Foreman created the cover art for the album Revolver, for which he was awarded a Grammy award in 1966 for "Best Album Cover, Graphic Arts"; this was the first time that anyone was awarded for a cover with a drawing rather than a photo. After the band split, rumors circulated about forming an ensemble called the Ladders with Lennon, Harrison, Starr, and foreman (instead of McCartney on bass). The rumors didn't come true, except that all four failed Ladders (along with Billy Preston) participated in Ringo Starr's recording of the song "I'm the Greatest" written for Starr by Lennon, which was included on the Ringo album. Foreman played on albums by Lennon, Harrison, Starr, and was a member of the Plastic Ono Band for a while.
