C - RIVER BRIGADE-1993-FIRST PRESS RUSSIA-FEE LEE-FL3024. A rare original of the cult album.  In the summer of 1992, the band recorded the album "Rivers". However, in parallel, the participants were preparing a large-scale action "All this is rock and roll" with the participation of Russian rock stars, so the new work of the musicians was sold only in the spring of 1993. The concert presentation of the album "Rivers" was held in the legendary Gorbunov Recreation Center. "Brigade C" presented its CD for three days — on April 28, 29 and 30. Shortly after this event, the band officially ceased to exist, and Garik Sukachev announced the creation of a new project — "Untouchables". The album was released by FeeLee. The record was released on vinyl records in an edition of 5,000 copies.Relative to the previous works of the band, even with the traditional "brigadovsky" drive, the album "Rivers" came out somewhat tired, calm and beautiful, its songs-piercing and dramatic. In its own way, it was a farewell to the old time and the old team. A characteristic feature of the album is also the noise space between the compositions, provided by the tone studio of the Mosfilm film company and consisting of various sounds of wildlife. Most of the submitted songs are still being rotated on radio stations. ...more

Lot 44.DEMON FUZZ-AFREAKA!-1970-FIRST PRESS UK-DAWN-NMINT/NMINT

DEMON FUZZ-AFREAKA! - 1970-THE FIRST PRESS of UK-DAWN-DNLS3013, a mega rare original by a British prog band. Up to a certain point, Demon Fuzz was quite a typical British progressive band of the late sixties. Atypical was the fact that the team consisted of seven black members, which, however, was also not so rare. A turning point occurred when the Demon Fuzz musicians visited Morocco, where they fully discovered African music. Here lies the secret of this unusual group: when they returned back to the UK, they realized that it would be great to mix their native progressive rock with the African rhythms that they loved so much. As a result, their cult album was born, which is designated as Afro-rock. However, the musical palette of Demon Fuzz turned out even brighter. In their heavy progressive, in addition to the African influence, you can find elements of soul (especially in the vocals), and jazz with a confident wind section, and although not so significant, but slipping funk. Their record "Afreka!" sounds very interesting and diverse, and their amazing combination of styles makes the most impressive impression. The album consists of five very long tracks. Not all of them immediately cut into the brain, but nevertheless look interesting and give pleasure to how well and thoughtfully they are made and played. Especially impressive is the epic Past, Present, and Future for ten minutes and bright in terms of melody and internal diversity of Disillusioned Man. ...more
