Up to a certain point, Demon Fuzz was quite a typical British progressive band of the late sixties. Atypical was the fact that the team consisted of seven black members, which, however, was also not so rare. A turning point occurred when the Demon Fuzz musicians visited Morocco, where they fully discovered African music. Here lies the secret of this unusual group: when they returned back to the UK, they realized that it would be great to mix their native progressive rock with the African rhythms that they loved so much. As a result, their cult album was born, which is designated as Afro-rock. However, the musical palette of Demon Fuzz turned out even brighter.
