It was produced by Jerry Bron.Unlike their first album, the credits for the full half of the album were credited only to Ken Hensley, as opposed to the collaborative partnership of frontman David Byron and guitarist Mick Box. Shortly after the release, drummer Keith Baker left the band, replacing Ian Clark (from another Vertigo band, Cressida). Along with Clark, the band embarked on their first US tour, supporting Three Dog Night and Steppenwolf. Until 1991, it existed only as a tape album, distributed by copying. Included in the book by Alexander Kushnir "100 magnetoalbums of Soviet rock" The recording was made on June 7-10, 1981. The sound engineer was Alexander "Artem" Arutyunov. The album was mixed on the spot.  The songs "In life, like in a dark thicket", "Who's to blame?" and "I used to wander alone" were first recorded in 1979 on the first album. A total of 9 songs were recorded. As the name suggests, Still Got The Blues demonstrates Moore's commitment to electric blues. The title track was released as a single and peaked at # 97 on the Billboard Hot 100 on February 16, 1991.
