Mega rare original of the cult group.  Wake The Sleeper is the 21st Studio album by rock band Uriah Heep, released on June 2, 2008 in Europe and August 26, 2008 in the United States. The announced release in September 2007 was postponed (initially to March 2008) as a result of the purchase of Sanctuary Records by Universal Music. This was to ensure that the album was properly promoted, not that it was "lost" during the shift, and although this was unpleasant for them, the band members supported it. This is their first Studio album since 1998's Sonic Origami. The last four songs were recorded using acoustic guitars. They were written and recorded in only a few sessions in the Studio (except "You're Crazy", which was included in an alternate version of the album Appetite for Destruction).In later interviews, Axl rose said that he likes how the band sounded on the last four songs, but he hated the sound of his voice. Rose recalled that his voice was hoarse and rough due to long touring bands at the time, and if he could, he re-recorded his vocals.
