WAITS, TOM-CLOSING TIME-1973-FIRST PRESS 1979 GERMANY-ASYLUM-ASK53030 A rare German original of the first album from the master of tavern blues. Closing Time is the debut album by American singer-songwriter Tom Waits, released on March 6, 1973 on the Asylum Records label. Produced and arranged by former Lovin 'Spoonful member Jerry Yester, Closing Time was the first of Waits' seven major releases from Asylum. The album was moderately successful in the United States, and although it did not chart and received little attention from the music press in the UK and other countries too. This explains that the album began to be re-released in Europe in the second half of the 70s when Tom became a super star. ROLLING STONES-STONE AGE-1971-FIRST PRESS (PROMO) GERMANY-DECCA-SLK16702. A rare German promo original. Stone Age is a compilation album by The Rolling Stones, released on the Decca label in 1971. It reached number four in the UK charts. RS were surprised by the release of the album and stated: "We didn't know that this record would be released. In our opinion, it is below the standard that we are trying to keep up with, both in the choice of content and in the design of the cover." These 12 songs, dating from the mid-1960s, were chosen because they never appeared on British studio albums, some of them were originally released only on singles, and some up to that point were released only on American studio albums. ...more

Matrix A-1N/B-1N is a rare British original of the cult jazz album. Reflections is an album by saxophonist Stan Getz, released on the Verve label in 1964.  The Allmusic review by Pemberton Roach stated: "A bold and brilliant attempt by the artist to find pure music, blurring the boundaries between jazz and pop music" Rating the album 4 stars. ...more

ARIA-HERO OF ASPHALT-1988-FIRST PRESS USSR-MELODIA-C6027413000. A rare original of the cult album. Hero of Asphalt is the third studio album by Aria. This is the first album after the split of the band in early 1987, "Hero of Asphalt" is also the first album officially released by "Melody", the two previous albums at that time existed and were distributed as tape albums only on tape cassettes. The album was a great success, its sales exceeded 1 million copies (which in the United States corresponds to the platinum status), but the exact circulation is unknown even to the company "Melody", although, according to her, at least 1.5 million records were printed.On this album, for the first time, all the lyrics were written by Margarita Pushkina, and Alexander Elin, who wrote the lyrics to previous albums, left for the Master group and did not work with Aria until 2001.In 2008, a concert tour was held in honor of the 20th anniversary of the album, which resulted in the release of a double live album and a concert video "Hero of Asphalt XX years". The original album line-up performed at the concert and all the pieces were performed in the same order. In May 2012, as a result of a vote held on the website openspace.ru, the album "Hero of Asphalt" took the first position in the list of 50 major records of "Melody" and on April 23, 2013 was re-released on vinyl in a limited edition of 500 copies as part of the project "Melody-50", dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the company.  ...more
