AQUARIUM-SANDS OF ST. PETERSBURG-1994-THE FIRST PRESS OF RUSSIA-TRIARIUM-M-0031. A very rare original on vinyl. "Sands" is the ninth "natural" album of the group "Aquarium", consisting mainly of songs from 1975-1986, recorded in 1993. When in the autumn of 1992, "Aquarium" had its own studio at Fontanka, 39, the group had the idea to recreate some songs written by Grebenshchikov in the late 70s-early 80s in their spare time from recording the album "Favorite songs of Ramses IV". Most of the songs of that time were already included in the albums "All Brothers — Sisters" and "Acoustics", but many of them remained unrecorded. And it was decided to extend their life in the "parallel past". ...more

Rare American original.  Highway to Hell is the sixth studio album by Australian rock band AC/DC, released in 1979. Undoubtedly the most popular AC/DC album at the time of release, Highway to Hell significantly expanded the group's audience and became a springboard for a dizzying takeoff the following year with the album Back in Black. This is the last album of the band featuring vocalist Bon Scott, who died suddenly in 1980. The album took the 20th position in the rating of "100 best rock albums of all time" according to Classic Rock magazine. The album became the first work of the group to enter the top hundred of the Billboard 200 chart. Songs such as" Highway to Hell"," Shot Down in Flames "and" If You Want Blood (You've Got It) " were a success among fans and were regularly performed at the band's concerts. Rolling Stone magazine listed the album as one of the"500 Greatest Albums of All Time". This edition was sold in the United States with a circulation of 7 million copies and reached 7x platinum status. At the moment, the album is the second best-selling AC/DC album, after Back in Black. ...more

Lot 26.MAYALL, JOHN-CRUSADE-1967-FIRST PRESS (STEREO) UK-DECCA-NMINT/NMINT

MAYALL, JOHN-CRUSADE-1967-FIRST PRESS (STEREO) UK-DECCA-SKL4890. Matrices A-1W/B-1W. A very rare original of the cult blues rocker. Since the release of the previous album A Hard Road, there have been noticeable changes in the composition of the Bluesbreakers: Peter Green left to form his own band (Fleetwood Mac), and Ainsley Dunbar moved to Jeff Beck. John took Keef Hartley to the vacant drummer's place, and it was more difficult to replace the lead guitarist - after all, the new musician would have to bear comparison with both Clapton and Green. John remembered that at one of the concerts, when Eric for some reason did not show up on time, a young boy came who claimed to know the entire repertoire of Bluesbreakers. Mayall didn't have much choice, and he invited the young guitarist to the stage. He demonstrated a good knowledge of the material and excellent technique, and John was impressed with his performance. But after the concert, the boy left without leaving his coordinates. Now Mayall wanted to find this musician, and in the end he was able to do it by placing an ad in Melody Maker. So Mick Taylor came to the band, who was more inclined to blues-rock, and not to pure blues. The band's line-up was expanded with the involvement of two saxophonists-Chris Mercer on tenor and Rip Kant on baritone. This sextet went to the studio on July 11 and 12 to record a new album, which was produced by Mike Vernon, and Gus Dudgeon was again noted as a sound engineer. ...more
