Mega rare original icon in rock music. The Doors is the debut album by the American band The Doors, recorded in 1966 and released in 1967 (Elektra EKS-74007). It includes the song "Light My Fire" (the solo release of which allowed the band to break into the music charts), significantly expanded instrumentally compared to the single version. The album was released in early 1967. The author of the front cover of the record was Guy Webster (Eng. Guy Webster), the back-Joel Brodsky (Eng. Joel Brodsky), who continued to work with the team after that. It was the first album that Waits released himself. Stylistically different from his previous albums, Swordfishtrombones moves away from traditional piano songwriting towards unusual instrumentation and a somewhat more abstract and experimental rock approach. The cover is a photo of Michael A. Russavin, in which Waits is depicted with actors Angelo Rossitto and Lee Colima. The album reached number 164 on the Billboard Pop Albums and 200 Albums charts.
