The album was recorded during two shows (22-23 July, 1983) at London's Hammersmith Odeon, the band performed their most famous and beloved by fans of hits, many songs were performed with the revised arrangement and contained improvisational segments.

The full name of the disc is It's Naz: only part of the inscription "'SNAZ" is depicted on the front side of the record, which many mistakenly indicate as the name of the album; there is an assumption (including due to the lack of a space) that this is a "provocation".The album is a recording of a concert at the Pacific Colisium in Vancouver in May 1981, held as part of a tour of North America. Several more concerts of that tour were recorded on tape, but this one, according to the band, was the best.
