QUEEN-THE WORKS-1984-THE FIRST UK PRESS-EMI-EMC2400141. A rare British original. The Works is the eleventh studio album by the British rock band Queen, released on February 27, 1984. The album became a kind of return to the roots. After an unsuccessful attempt to release a dance album, the band realizes that people want the old Queen with powerful heavy fast numbers (Now I'm Here, Dead On Time, Tie Your Mother Down), lyrical ballads (Love Of My Life, Jealous), hard rock ballads in the spirit of "waving the flag" (We Are The Champions, In The Lap Of The Gods), opera polyphony (The Prothet's Song, Somebody To Love) and metal fast beats (Stone Cold Crazy, Let Me Entertain You). As Brian May said, "The Works" is "A Night At The Opera" with a few touches from "The Game". The Works gave the world two famous hits: "Radio Ga Ga" and "I Want to Break Free". The album went double platinum and sold five million copies.

NAZARETH-SNAZ (2LP'S)-1981- THE FIRST UK- NEMS-NELD102 PRESS. A rare British original of the iconic live concert. The full name of the disc is It's Naz: only part of the inscription "'SNAZ" is depicted on the front side of the record, which many mistakenly indicate as the name of the album; there is an assumption (including due to the lack of a space) that this is a "provocation".The album is a recording of a concert at the Pacific Colisium in Vancouver in May 1981, held as part of a tour of North America. Several more concerts of that tour were recorded on tape, but this one, according to the band, was the best. In 2005, the album at number 430 was included in the list of the 500 greatest rock and metal albums of all time by Rock Hard magazine ...more

Best of Dark Horse 1976-1989 is a compilation album by English musician George Harrison, released in October 1989. His second compilation, after the Capitol/EMI compilation The Best of George Harrison (1976), contains songs from Harrison's releases on his Dark Horse label between 1976 and 1987. The album also includes the 1989 single "Cheer Down", which became Harrison's contribution to the soundtrack to the movie "Lethal Weapon 2", and two tracks recorded specifically for the compilation: "Poor Little Girl" and "Cockamamie Business". Despite the popularity of Harrison's work during this period – both as a solo artist with his album Cloud Nine (1987), and as a member of The Traveling Wilburys – the compilation failed to achieve commercial success.
