The Yellow Submarine Songtrack was released in 2004, a collection of songs by The Beatles, played in the 1968 film Yellow Submarine, released in 1999 during the reissue of the restored film. The re-release of the film was released on September 13, 1999 in the UK, and on September 14 in the USA. The album started in the UK charts from the 8th place, with sales of 19 thousand copies in the first week. It rose to number 15 on the Billboard 200 chart, with 68,000 copies sold in its first week.
