MOORE GARY-AFTER HOUR-1992-FIRST PRESS UK/EU-VIRGIN-212558. A rare original legend in rock music. After Hours is a studio album by Irish guitarist and singer Gary Moore, released on March 10, 1992. After a busy tour in 1990, Moore recorded the album "After Hours", which, like its predecessor, was sustained in the style of blues-rock, but with a great soul influence and with the addition of a brass section that played in the style of soul. Despite the fact that the album turned out to be very similar to "Still Got The Blues", its success was more modest. After Hours includes both Moore's original songs and well-known blues standards. The Memphis band The Memphis Horns took part in the recording, as well as guest musicians: BB King ("Since I Met You Baby") and Albert Collins ("The Blues Is Alright"). The album reached the 1st place in the charts of Switzerland and Sweden, as well as the 2nd place in Germany and Norway. In general, he received favorable reviews. Allmusic reviewer David Genzen called After Hours "as impressive" as Still Got the Blues.

ABBA-GRACIAS POR LA MUSICA-1980 - FIRST PRESS SWEDEN-SEPTIMA-SRLM-1. Very rare Swedish original Spanish-language album. Gracias Por La Música is an album by the Swedish band ABBA, released in 1980. The release of Gracias Por La Música was prompted by the band's unexpected rise in popularity in Latin American countries such as Mexico and Argentina, following the release of Spanish-language versions of the songs " Chiquitita "and"I Have a Dream". The band members decided to record eight more songs in Spanish and release a full-length album specifically for this market. Buddy and Mary McCluskey, who worked at RCA Records in Argentina, were invited to translate the lyrics. The tracks were recorded in January 1980 at Polar Music Studios, with lead vocalists Agnete Faltskoog and Anni-Frid Lingstad assisted by Spanish-Swedish journalist Ana Martinez. The soundtracks of the songs, some of which date back to 1974-1975, have been modified to give them a more modern sound. The works were supervised by the engineer of the group Michael Tretow. ...more

The album reached number 155 on the Billboard 200. The title of the album belongs to Ringo Starr. Instead of using the album as a chance to showcase his drumming skills, Moon performed lead vocals on all tracks and played drums on only three of them ("Crazy Like a Fox", "The Kids Are Alright" and "Move Over Ms. L"), although he played percussion on "Don't Worry Baby". The album was recorded by Ringo Starr, Harry Nilsson, Joe Walsh from the Eagles, Jim Keltner, Bobby Keys, Klaus Woermann, John Sebastian, Flo and Eddie (Mark Volman and Howard Kaylan from the Turtles), Spencer Davis, Dick Dale, Suzy Quatro's sister Patti Quatro, Patti's bandmates from Fanny Gene Millington and Nikki Barclay and future actor Miguel Ferrer. SINATRA, FRANK -SINATRA'S SWINGING SESSION-1961-FIRST PRESS (STEREO) UK-CAPITOL-SW-1491. A rare American original of the iconic album. Sinatra Swings (originally titled "Swing with Me") is an album by Frank Sinatra with Billy May and his orchestra, released in 1961. The two album titles stem from the fact that Capitol believed that this album, originally titled "Rock with Me", was so close in sound and title to Sinatra's earlier Capitol album "Let's Rock with Me!" that the label sought and was satisfied with a court order requiring Reprise to change the name of this, only his second Reprise album, to Sinatra Swings. Re-printing was not required to recall the already shipped records, but new labels and covers had to be printed, and the album cover announced that it contained "twelve of the most uninhibited things Sinatra has ever recorded." The tracks were arranged and conducted by Billy May and his orchestra. Sinatra had a minor hit with the single "Granada" included on this album. ...more
