It was released in July 1963 and reached number 2 on the UK Albums Chart. The album contains 14 songs from his singles released between August 1958 and May 1962. It includes all of Richard's singles from this period that reached the top 3 of the UK Singles Chart. In Canada, the album was retitled "Living Doll" and was released in September 1963 and spent three weeks at number 1 on the Chum Albums Index in October and eight weeks in the top 5 overall. ...more

The album was certified multi-platinum by the British Association of the Phonographic industry and the recording industry of America for parties 1.2 million and five million copies respectively. In the period from 1991 to 1994 Enya has released four singles from Shepherd Moons : "Caribbean Blue", "How Can I Keep from Singing?", "Book of Days", which took first place in the UK at number ten, and" Marble Halls ". A rare British original. A Night at the Opera is the fourth studio album by the rock band Queen, released on December 2, 1975. The record was a great success: its sales reached three million, and it held the top position in the UK charts for four inconsistent weeks. The title of the album — "Night at the Opera" — as well as the subsequent one, is taken from the repertoire of American comedians of the 1930s by the Marx brothers, namely from the film of the same name. At each Queen concert, several songs from A Night at the Opera were necessarily performed (while "Love of My Life" was never performed in the album version). It is generally believed that the song "Death on Two Legs" is dedicated to the former producer of the band. "Bohemian Rhapsody" brought the band a resounding success and in 2000 was recognized in Britain as the "song of the millennium". The final album, "God Save the Queen", is the British national anthem arranged by Brian May; it was this composition that invariably completed each concert of the band. Since 1960, Shelly Mann has mainly concentrated on working at the jazz club, where he was a co-owner and in which he played both with his own band Shelly Manne and His Men, and with almost all the jazz stars of that time. His club featured, for example, Ben Webster, Bill Evans, John Coltrane, Thelonious Monk, Michel Legrand, Milt Jackson, Monty Alexander, Miles Davis.  So this album was born, recorded with superstars in the line-up with Johnny Hodges. The last person to perform on the club's stage was Stan Getz in 1973. In the same year, Mann sold the club due to financial difficulties.  ...more
