ROXETTE-TOURISM (2 LP'S) - 1992-FIRST PRESS UK/EU-GERMANY-EMI-077779992911. A very rare original of the cult album..Tourism: Songs from Studios, Stages, Hotelrooms and Other Strange Places is the fourth studio album by Swedish pop duo Roxette, released on August 28, 1992 by EMI. Despite the fact that Roxette was often mistaken for a live album, the album was described in its comments as a "touring album": the band recorded most of their material in numerous recording studios in between concerts of their world-famous band " Join the Joyride! Excursion". The album contains three live concert recordings, while another track was recorded live in an empty nightclub in Sao Paulo. Two more tracks were recorded in Buenos Aires' The Alvear Palace Hotel. The album received mixed reviews from American publications upon its release, with some confusing its concept and incorrectly describing it as containing only five previously unreleased songs. It also underperformed the Billboard 200, peaking at number 117 on the chart and selling about 278,000 copies-far short of the million-dollar joyride. However, the album was a commercial success in Europe and was certified platinum in many territories. As of 2001, Tourism has sold over 6 million copies worldwide. ...more

WARHORSE-WARHORSE-1970-THE FIRST UK PRESS-VERTIGO SWIRL-6360015. A mega rare original of the first album by the iconic British prog band. Warhorse is a band formed by ex-Deep Purple bassist Nick Simper. The band existed from 1970 to 1974 (partial reunions in 1985, 2005). The band's sound was close to the style of the early Deep Purple. After his forced departure from Deep Purple, Nick Simper started organizing a new band. Initially, he planned to involve well-known musicians Albert Lee and Mick Underwood in the collaboration, but this alliance did not take place. The new band was based on guitarist Jed Pack and drummer Mac Poole, musicians who played with Simper in the accompanying Marsha Hunt line—up. The new band also includes vocalist Ashley Holt and keyboardist Rick Wakeman. The band received the name "Iron Horse", which was soon changed to "Warhorse". Wakeman proved to be an unreliable partner and left the band in April, before the band had even made any recordings. Instead, keyboardist Frank Wilson was recruited into the band, with whom the debut demo "Miss Jane" was made. In 1970, the band signed a contract with Phonograms, a division of Vertigo Records, and began recording their debut album. The Warhorse album was released in November 1970. The song "St. Louis" (a cover of "Easybeats") was released as a single and was most popular with the public. The album itself was also a success, but mostly in continental Europe, in particular in Germany. The band toured extensively for the next year and a half. ...more

After a busy tour in 1990, Moore recorded the album "After Hours", which, like its predecessor, was sustained in the style of blues-rock, but with a great soul influence and with the addition of a brass section that played in the style of soul. Despite the fact that the album turned out to be very similar to "Still Got The Blues", its success was more modest. After Hours includes both Moore's original songs and well-known blues standards. The Memphis band The Memphis Horns took part in the recording, as well as guest musicians: BB King ("Since I Met You Baby") and Albert Collins ("The Blues Is Alright"). The album reached the 1st place in the charts of Switzerland and Sweden, as well as the 2nd place in Germany and Norway. In general, he received favorable reviews.
