ABBA-VOULEZ-VOUS-1979-THE FIRST PRESS OF SWEDEN-POLAR - POLS282.A rare Swedish original of the cult album.  Voulez-Vous is the sixth studio album by Swedish pop band ABBA, released in 1979. The release is characterized by a large number of dance-oriented tracks, but it is wrong to define the genre of the album as exclusively "disco"; for example, the song "Does Your Mother Know" has quite definite rock motifs. The work on the album went on for more than a year, and during this time the participants had accumulated more material than what they managed to put on the album. Among the works of that period published much later, it is worth mentioning the composition Dream World, included as a bonus track on the 2010 reissue. In 1981, the album "Voulez-Vous" was released in the USSR by the company "Melody" and became the last numbered album "ABBA", released in the Soviet Union. Is the second studio album by English singer-songwriter Peter Gabriel, released on June 2, 1978 by Charisma Records. Gabriel began recording the album in November 1977, the same month he completed a tour in support of his debut solo release. He hired former King Crimson guitarist Robert Fripp, who was part of Gabriel's early touring band, to produce the album and incorporated its Frippertronic effects into his co-written composition "Exposure". The album was released in the USA under the name Peter Gabriel II. Later, he became informally known as Scratch, referring to the design of the Hipgnosis album. The Wall: Live in Berlin is a concert performance of the legendary rock opera The Wall by Pink Floyd, organized by its main author Roger Waters and held on July 21, 1990 at Berlin's Potsdamer Platz, which has long been divided by the Berlin Wall. The concert was filmed as a TV movie, and also released in September 1990 as a live album. The concert took place in the presence of a 200,000-strong audience on July 21, 1990 at Potsdamer Platz, which was previously a no-man's land separating East and West Berlin. During the concert, a "wall" with a width of more than 160 m and a height of about 25 m was erected on the stage, which was finally destroyed to the ground.
