The album was awarded multi-platinum status by the RIAA for a circulation of over 2,000,000 copies in August 1995. The CD reached number 21 on the US Billboard 200 chart.

BLIND FAITH-BLIND FAITH-1969-SECOND PRESS UK-POLYDOR-583059. Matrices A-1/B-1. A very rare second press of a cult album in top condition. Blind Faith is the only album by the British rock band of the same name, it was released in August 1969 and immediately topped the charts in the United States and Great Britain. The recording took place in London, first at Morgan Studios, and then at Olympic Studios, under the direction of producer Jimmy Miller. All tracks on this album belong to the band members, except for a cover version of "Well All Right" from Buddy Holly's repertoire. The album received positive reviews from critics, was a great commercial success and immediately topped the charts on both sides of the Atlantic. The cover of the album published in the UK shows a young topless girl (the younger sister of photographer Bob Seideman, the creator of the cover) holding a model airplane in her hands. In the USA, this picture was considered not quite decent, and the album was also released with an alternative cover, which featured a photo of the band members.
