Def, Dumb and Blonde is the third solo studio album by American singer Deborah Harry. Released in October 1989 on Sire Records in the USA and Chrysalis Records in the UK, the album returned Harry to her professional name "Deborah" rather than "Debbie". Harry worked on the album with various producers, including Tom Bailey of the Thompson Twins and Mike Chapman, who previously produced the last four Blondie albums. "I wanted to do something that would remind me of Blondie," she said.   The song "I Want That Man", written by Tom Bailey and Alanna Curry of the Thompson Twins, was released as the title single. A very rare original of a cult album.  Act One is the debut album by the Scottish progressive band Beggars Opera. The debut album of Beggars Opera, variously classified as symphonic rock, progressive rock or proto-progressive rock, has been compared to the works of The Nice and Deep Purple MK I (sometimes described as a "derivative" of them). TURN! is the second studio album by the American rock band the Byrds, released on December 6, 1965 on Columbia Records. Like its predecessor, Mr. Tambourine Man, the album continued the band's successful combination of vocal harmony and rattling twelve-string guitar. The album reached number 17 on the Billboard Top LPs chart and climbed to number 11 in the United Kingdom. "Turn! Turn around! Turn Around!" the single beat the album by two months and topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Another single from the album, "Set You Free This Time", was less successful and did not reach the top 50 in the United States. In Turn! Turn! Turn! McGinn's songwriting contributions increased, and rhythm guitarist David Crosby first gained recognition as a songwriter on The Byrds album, but most of the original material was still written by prolific songwriter Gene Clark. The album included two Bob Dylan cover versions.: "Times are Changing" and the unreleased song "Lay down your Tired Melody" at that time.  This was the last Byrds album to feature Gene Clark in its entirety, before the release of the reunited original 1973 Byrds quintet album. ...more

The album also includes a new version of the song Ride The Bullet, which had previously been released on the 1990 album Disco Extravaganza. In March 1992, the first Army Of Lovers tour took place. The tour began in Sweden, and subsequently covered a number of European countries.
