TREMELOES- ALAN, DAVE, RICK, AND CHIP-1967-THE FIRST UK PRESS-CBS-SBPG63138 Rare original of the cult album.  The Tremeloes are a British pop rock band that formed in 1958 in London, England (when the members of the first line—up were still teenagers) and a few years later became an important part of the British pop scene. A total of 14 of the band's singles were in the top twenty of the UK Singles Chart; two of them — "Here Comes My Baby" and "Silence Is Golden" — were successful in the United States. The Tremeloes were (according to Allmusic) "one of the most talented in the British pop-rock scene of the 1960s, releasing expertly crafted, memorable hit singles", in 1966-1970 had great success on both sides of the Atlantic, but remained underestimated — largely due to the fact that they often sang and I borrowed song material, but most importantly, because I was "too late" for the start of the British invasion. At the same time, The Tremeloes are one of the longest—lasting British bands of the 1960s, which continues to perform 50 years after its formation.
