It was their first album with bass guitarist, vocalist and songwriter Mike Wedgwood. The album's title is a spoonerism for "Stunning Cunts", which is characteristic of their bold use of language. Here Gong realized 100% of their creative aspirations in the field of synthesis of psychedelia and jazz-rock. The album is simply magnificent; each song has a unique sound; perfect instrumental harmony is noticeable with a complete unhealthiness of creative ideas.
