The collection includes such songs as "Black Peacoats", "The High Jumper's Song", "The Song of Little Cassandra", "Hunting Wolves" and others. The edition is on double black vinyl in a double-sided laminated envelope. The rotation speed is 45 RPM. The labels are red. Vladimir Vysotsky is a Soviet poet, author and performer of songs, theater and film actor. Laureate of the USSR State Prize ("for creating the image of Zheglov in the television feature film "The Meeting Place cannot be changed" and the author's performance of songs", 1987, posthumously). ...more

"Over the Hudson" is the third studio album by Soviet, American and Russian author-performer Willy Tokarev, released in 1983 on the Sava Recording Corporation label in the USA. The producer is Willy Tokarev. At the age of 40, in 1974, Willy Tokarev emigrated to the United States with $100 in his pocket. He was sheltered for 2-3 weeks by the Tolstoy Foundation, whose head was Alexandra Tolstaya, daughter of Leo Tolstoy. There he was a courier, a cleaner in a bakery, sorted through the Russian library of a millionaire, a newspaper deliveryman, became unemployed because he did not know English well, so he began to learn the language by reading American newspapers, graduated from a nurse's course, learned to drive a car, passed a taxi driving test and began working as a taxi driver to earn money for recording records, writing songs in his spare time, he was robbed four times (once, on Christmas Day, he was almost killed by a black man). He played at Carnegie Hall on a balalaika, which he bought at a souvenir shop on Fifth Avenue for $ 50, then played and sang in restaurants and nightclubs.  In 1979, the first record "And life is always beautiful!" was released, which was not particularly noticed. In 1981, the second album "In a noisy booth" was released, which brought Tokarev fame among Russian-speaking emigrants. In the 1980s, he worked at the Russian restaurant Sadko, and then at the restaurants Primorsky and Odessa, accompanied by Irina Ola. He was called the "honorary Jew of Brighton." It was recorded in 1987. The recording took place in the mobile studio "Tonwagen" (Melodiya company) for three days in May 1987 in the village of Shushary near Leningrad. Two sides of the album were named "Red" and "Black". "Block of Hell" was released as a magnetoalbum in 1987, and two years later it was released on vinyl simultaneously with the album "The Sixth Forester". According to official data, the circulation of the records exceeded 1,000,000 copies, which corresponds to platinum status in the USA. According to Konstantin Kinchev, the album's name has a double meaning and can be written in one or two words, since there is no established version. ...more

ZODIAC - MUSIC IN THE UNIVERSE -1983-FIRST PRESS USSR-MELODIA-C6018365-6. A rare original of a cult album. Music in the Universe is the second studio album by the instrumental rock band Zodiac, released in 1982. The disc is designed in the space rock style. The front side of the envelope has two versions - with the image of the band members in spacesuits on the background of the cover (most likely a limited edition or export version), and without the image of the band members. On the reverse side of the disc there is an introductory speech by A. Baumanis. The compositions "Laser Illumination", "Silver Dream", "In the Light of Saturn" and "Flight over El Dorado" were written for the short documentary "Star Palette", where they were used in parts. The song "The Other Side of the Sky" was originally called "Karate", but the subsequent persecution of this sport forced the name of the track to be changed. The track "Mysterious Galaxy" was used in the animated film "The Meeting" (1984, produced by Kyivnauchfilm), in the TV show "Sportloto", as well as in the program "Search" on Russian Radio. According to the Melodiya company, 1,703,800 copies of the record were sold by August 26, 1983. ...more

Formed in Birmingham, the Fortunes first gained fame and international recognition in 1965, when "You've Got Your Troubles" broke into the Top 10 of the USA, Canada and the UK. They subsequently had a string of hits, including "Here It Comes Again" and "Here Comes That Rainy Day Feeling Again", and in the 1970s they released even more internationally successful songs such as "Storm in a Teacup" and "Freedom Come, Freedom Go". A rare British original in top condition. Bringing It All Back Home is the fifth studio album by American singer-songwriter Bob Dylan, released in April 1965 by Columbia Records.. It was Dylan's first album to use power tools, which caused controversy and divided many in the modern folk scene. The album is divided into two separate parts; the first part of the album uses electric instruments, and on the first side of the original vinyl disc, Dylan is accompanied by an electro-rock and roll band. The second part mainly features acoustic songs. The album omits the protest music from Dylan's previous recordings in favor of more surreal, complex lyrics.. The album reached number 6 on Billboard's Pop Albums chart, becoming Dylan's first album to reach the top 10 in the United States. Later that spring, he also topped the UK charts. The first track, Subterranean Homesick Blues, became Dylan's first single to chart in the United States, peaking at number 39. Bringing It All Back Home has been named one of the greatest albums of all time by many publications. Released in January 1976 on Columbia Records. The most famous was opening the album is the song "Hurricane". It is a protest against the conviction of the boxer Rubin Carter, nicknamed "Hurricane", accused in the triple murder. The album received good grades and was on the first position on the Billboard Pop Albums chart for five weeks, becoming one of the biggest albums of Dylan (and having the status of double platinum) and rose to third position in the UK. The three songs that were not included in it are "Why Does Love Got to Be So Sad", "Let It Rain" and "Tell the Truth". CAN- TAGO MAGO (2LP'S)-1971-FIRST UK PRESS-UNITED ARTISTS-UAD60009/10.Matrices A-1/B-1/C-1/D-1 is a very rare British original of the cult album.  Tago Mago is the second studio album by the German krautrock band Can, originally released as a double LP in August 1971 on the United Artists Records label. It was the band's first full-length studio album featuring vocalist Damo Suzuki after Malcolm Mooney's departure a year earlier, although Suzuki participated in recording most of the tracks on the 1970 compilation album Soundtracks. It was recorded at Can Studio [de] in Schloss Nörvenich, a medieval castle near Cologne. Tago Mago includes long experimental tracks that combine rock and jazz improvisation, funk rhythms and specific music using editing techniques.  The album was named Kahn's best and most extreme album in terms of sound and structure.  The album received widespread critical acclaim and influenced many artists. Future Legends is the debut studio album by the Northern Irish progressive rock band Fruupp. Recorded in July 1973 and produced by Denis Taylor, it was released on October 5 in the UK on Dawn Records, a subsidiary of Pye Records for underground and progressive rock music. To promote the album, the band embarked on a two-month tour, which ended on November 29 with a concert at Whitla Hall in Belfast, where they played with the Ulster Youth Orchestra. ...more

ROBERT CALVERT - CAPTAIN LOCKHEED AND THE STARFIGHTERS -1974- FIRST PRESS RELEASE UK-UNITED ARTISTS- UAG29507. A-1U/B-1U matrices. A rare British original of a cult album. The first solo album by Robert Calvert, an eccentric character who was still a full-time Hawkwind poet at that time and had not yet managed to become their full-time frontman. This is a very peculiar story album - the real story of the American Lockheed F-104 Starfighter fighter, which in the 60s was, it turns out, purchased by the West German Air Force in terrible quantities with such modifications that made the aircraft terribly emergency, as a result of which it earned the nickname "Widowmaker". Calvert is drawn here on two counts at once: firstly, he expresses his love and knowledge of military history; secondly, he demonstrates colorful sarcasm and a sense of humor. His targets, of course, are German generals (banter against Germans, as you know, is a traditional genre of British humor). The album actually resembles a radio play, in which song numbers alternate with comic skits brilliantly played by characters such as Vivian Stanshall from Bonzo Dog Band and, of course, Calvert himself. For music lovers, it is valuable here that Calvert was supported by almost the entire Hawkwind line-up at that time. ...more

A rare British original by a cult prog band. Levitation is the tenth studio album by the English rock band Hawkwind, released in 1980. It reached number 21 on the UK Albums Chart. During the album's release, bandleader Dave Brock stated, "With Levitation, we returned to the style of our debut album. And it was a record that fully expressed our ideals and what we fought for."  This is their first studio album since the departure of lead vocalist and lyricist Robert Calvert, and the lyrics here are usually superficial, and the number of instrumental parts is increased. It is also Hawkwind's only studio album to feature former Cream drummer Ginger Baker, and the first for former Gong keyboardist Tim Blake, who later rejoined the band and played on the 2010 album Blood of the Earth. ...more

The three previous Caravan albums with titles that are also sexual word games, If I Could Do It Again, I Would Do It Again With You (1970), In the Land of Gray and Pink (1971) and For Girls Who Plump at Night (1973). ...more

It was released in 1976. This album sounds lighter than previous Caravan releases, it has more short, "pop" songs. The lightness of the sound is partly due to the fact that there is a lot of Pie Hastings in the album. He wrote and performed eight of the nine songs. A rare British original of the cult band.  Wind and Wuthering is the eighth studio album by the English progressive rock band Genesis. It was released on December 17, 1976 on Charisma Records and is their last studio album featuring guitarist Steve Hackett. After the success of their 1976 tour in support of their previous album, A Trick of the Tail, the band moved to Hilvarenbeek in the Netherlands to record their next album, their first recorded outside the UK. Writing and recording caused internal friction, as Hackett felt that some of his contributions had been rejected in favor of material by keyboardist Tony Banks. The album received a positive response from critics and boosted the band's popularity in the United States. It reached No. 7 in the UK and No. 26 in the US and sold steadily, eventually receiving Gold Certification from the British Phonographic Institute and the Recording Industry Association of America. This album is one of the most stylistically eclectic in Steely Dan's work, combining the sounds of soft rock, pop rock and jazz rock, as well as philosophical, mysterious lyrics. The commercially successful album Can't Buy a Thrill reached 17th place on the US Billboard Top LPs chart.  Tape, which was promoted by the popular singles Do It Again and Reelin' In the Years, and eventually received a platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). A mega rare original of the first album by the iconic British prog band.  Warhorse is a band formed by ex-Deep Purple bassist Nick Simper. The band existed from 1970 to 1974 (partial reunions in 1985, 2005). The band's sound was close to the style of the early Deep Purple.  After his forced departure from Deep Purple, Nick Simper started organizing a new band. Initially, he planned to involve well-known musicians Albert Lee and Mick Underwood in the collaboration, but this alliance did not take place. The new band was based on guitarist Jed Pack and drummer Mac Poole, musicians who played with Simper in the accompanying Marsha Hunt line—up. The new band also includes vocalist Ashley Holt and keyboardist Rick Wakeman. The band received the name "Iron Horse", which was soon changed to "Warhorse". Wakeman proved to be an unreliable partner and left the band in April, before the band had even made any recordings. Instead, keyboardist Frank Wilson was recruited into the band, with whom the debut demo "Miss Jane" was made. In 1970, the band signed a contract with Phonograms, a division of Vertigo Records, and began recording their debut album. The Warhorse album was released in November 1970. The song "St. Louis" (a cover of "Easybeats") was released as a single and was most popular with the public. Recorded between September 1970 and June 1971, it was released in September 1971 on the Harvest Records label. The album was recorded at De Lane Lea Studios (like its predecessor). Compared to Deep Purple in Rock, this album was recorded in a more experimental style. Allmusic named it one of the band's four most important albums, along with Machine Head, In Rock and Burn. Ian Gillan, unlike the rest of the band, considers this album a classic of Deep Purple. However, he noted that the inclusion of "Anyone's Daughter" on the album (in a country style and with humorous lyrics) was fun, but a mistake ("A good bit of fun, but a mistake"). Jon Lord highlighted several tracks on the album, such as "No No No" and "Fools", and especially noted Pace's performance on the title track. The track "Strange Kind of Woman", released as a single in February 1971 and rose to number eight in the UK charts. It sold 20,000 copies in the first week.
