A rare English original . Worldwide 50 Gold Award Hits Vol. 1 is a compilation album by American singer and musician Elvis Presley. This four-lp compilation was released in August 1970 and became his 38th album. The compilation reached number 45 on the Billboard 200 chart and number 25 on the country chart. The album received gold status on February 13, 1973, platinum status on March 27, 1992, and double platinum status from the American Recording Industry Association on June 17, 1992. Of the 51 tracks featured, four are being played for the first time in this collection: "Viva Las Vegas", "Suspicious Minds", "Don't Cry Daddy" and "Kentucky Rain". It was released on May 14, 2012. This album is the first released by his new label Starfaith Records, which is distributed by Sony Music Entertainment, the owners of all of Santana's albums (except those recorded for Polydor Records, which are owned by Universal Music Group). This is also the first album since 1992 by Milagro, in which none of the songs have guest vocalists. This style was typical of Santana's Supernatural albums. There is only one song with vocals in the album ("Eres La Luz"). The track "Mr. Szabo" is a tribute to Hungarian guitarist Gabor Szabo, one of Carlos Santana's early idols, who released a series of 8 albums for Impulse Records between 1966 and 1967; the rhythmic and harmonic structure of the track is similar to "Gypsy Queen", Szabo's 1966 recording, covered by Santana in 1970 this year, as a medley with Fleetwood Mac's "Black Magic Woman". ...more

The album, presented by the band at the Sanremo Festival in 1983, takes the fourth place and receives the critics' award[. A-1/B-1 Stamper matrices 420-1-1-4./ 420-1-1-5   An earlier version with an error on the label (songwriters and publishing are not specified) has been corrected to this version of the label. At the same time, the matrices and stamps remained the same, as well as the error in the track list on the inside of the cover.   A mega rare British original of a cult album. The album was released in June 1970 by Vertigo Records in the UK. The original vinyl release was a spread-out envelope with frontman David Byron depicted on the front sleeve, almost unrecognizable under the cobwebs. It was released in August 1970 by Mercury Records in the United States under the name just Uriah Heep with a different cover design (a centipede-type monster) and with the track "Bird of Prey" instead of "Lucy Blues". The album was re-released by Bronze Records in 1971 after the band signed a contract with that label. The album shows how the band tries different genres – a mix of heavy metal and progressive rock, rather than hard rock, which they became known for on later albums. Tracks 3 and 8 were recorded as Spice songs before the band's renaming to Uriah Heep, and featured session musician Colin Wood on keyboards. When Ken Hensley joined Spice in early 1970, the tracks were not re-recorded. ...more
