This is the last CD of the band recorded with the participation of the original drummer Peak Withers. The singles from the album, "Private Investigations", reached number 2 on the UK Singles Chart, and "Industrial Disease" reached number 9 on the Billboard Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks. The album topped the charts in Australia, Austria, Italy, New Zealand, Norway and the UK, and peaked at No. 19 in the US. The CD became the only album recorded by the band after Phil Collins left it in 1996. The lead vocals in this recording were performed by Ray Wilson, who replaced Collins. AllMusic and Rolling Stone noted that Ray Wilson was a worthy replacement for Collins as a vocalist, but the album as a whole lacks good material. The concert was filmed as a TV movie, and also released in September 1990 as a live album. The concert took place in the presence of a 200,000-strong audience on July 21, 1990 at Potsdamer Platz, which was previously a no-man's land separating East and West Berlin.
