What Crisis? is the fourth studio album by the prog rock band Supertramp, released in 1975. Crisis? What Crisis? the band's first CD recorded in the USA (Los Angeles). The title of the album is taken from Fred Zinnerman's feature film "The Day of the Jackal", released in 1973. Allmusic fully praised the album in their retrospective review, praising Rick Davis' keyboard work, Roger Hodgson's vocals, and John Helliwell's saxophone. A very rare original of the cult album.  On the Threshold of a Dream is the fourth studio album by the British band The Moody Blues, released in April 1969 on Deram Records. This is The Moody Blues' third album recorded with the classic Hayward—Pinder—Lodge—Thomas Edge line—up, and the band's third collaboration with producer Tony Clark. On the Threshold of a Dream was the band's first album, which was recorded in a relatively calm environment, without taking time to work in the studio between concerts. This is partly due to the success of the two previous albums Days of Future Passed and In Search of the Lost Chord, which provided the band with significant attention from the record company Decca Records. In addition, the band members now had a much better idea of what they could achieve in the studio and began writing songs with these possibilities in mind. Equally important, they have just completed an extensive tour of the USA (opening for Cream) and learned a lot during the concerts over the previous year, achieving a much bolder and denser sound both instrumentally and vocally. As a result, On the Threshold of a Dream became one of the most successful albums of the band's entire existence, reached the #1 position in the UK and entered the "Top 20" in the USA. SAVOY BROWN-LOOKING IN-1970-THE FIRST UK-DECCA-SKL5066 Matrix A-1W/B-1W PRESS. A rare British original of the cult blues-rock band. Looking In is the sixth album by British blues band Savoy Brown. The album featured "Lonesome" Dave Peverett on vocals after Chris Yulden left the band last spring. Leader/guitarist Kim Simmonds will be the only band member to continue working with the band after this album, as all the other band members left to form Foghat next year. It was released by Decca in 1970 (SKL 5066). For release in the USA and Canada, the cassettes were leased to Parrot Records (PAS 71042). The album spent a week in the official UK charts and reached number 50. It performed significantly better in the US, where it spent 19 weeks on the Billboard 200, peaking at number 39, their second-highest album on the US charts. ...more
