IRON BUTTERFLY-METAMORPHOSIS-1970-FIRST PRESS USA- ATCO SD33-339. Rare American original in the absolute state.The album was recorded by the band as a trio to record Erik Brann left the band due to disagreements and was replaced by four session guitarists. Two of them - Larry Reinhardt, Mike Pinera shortly after its release became official members of Iron Butterfly. The album was released not under the name Iron Butterfly, but under the name "Iron Butterfly With Pinera & Rhino" referring to the two aforementioned guitarists.
