SWEET-LEVEL HEADED-1978-FIRST UK PRESS-POLYDOR-POLD5001. Very rare original British cult album. Level Headed-Sweet's sixth album . A different version was released on Polydor in Europe and Capitol in the US, Canada and Japan. The album "Love Is Like Oxygen", the latest single from the group that ranked in the top 40, it reached number 8 in the US and 9th in the UK. The only version of "Love Is Like Oxygen" is substantially shorter than the album version. The second single, "California Nights", was released as the album but only reached #76 in the United States. This was the last album with the classic lineup of Sweet, as Brian Connolly left about a year after the album's release to start a solo career. The remaining trio of Steve priest, Andy Scott and Mick Tucker continued the work and released three albums before breaking up in 1981. ...more

DEEP PURPLE-THE HOUSE OF BLUE LIGHT-1987-FIRST GERMANY PRESS-POLYDOR-831318-1. Rare American original iconic group. The House of Blue Light is the twelfth Studio album by British rock band Deep Purple and the second, recorded by the reunited "classic lineup" of the group, published in January 1987. In the Soviet Union was released by the record label "Melody" in 1988. The group gathered to record 12 APR 1986 in Massachusetts, USA, but has already finished recording in Vermont. According to Ritchie Blackmore, recording this album was a long and painful process, many tracks had to be rewritten. September 26, 1986 Roger Glover started mixing the album at Union Studios in Munich. It was assumed that all group members will be present at the same time, in order to make the last adjustments, however, the musicians appeared in the Studio, and left with it when they please: the contradiction between group members increased again, especially intense was the old conflict between Ritchie Blackmore and Ian Gillan. So out of all the members of the group only Gillan recorded several smaller parties. Had various disputes over the album, such as title (pace offered to call the album the title of one song — Black and White; also considered options such as The Acid Test, and It's Not That Bad!), songs (challenge the inclusion in the album of the song "Mitzi Dupree"). In connection with the complexities of entry and disputes a test version of the master disk appeared only on 18 December 1986, and, for example in the US, the album was planned (and announced) at the end of October of the same year. Seven Tears is the seventh Studio album by rock band Golden Earring from the Hague, South Holland, originally (until 1969) under the name the Golden Earrings.1971 began with a single Holy Holy Life, who had a heavy rock sound. Song cursed the hypocrisy of formal religion, has reached 5 in the Netherlands. With the single came the album Seven Tears, the name of which reflects, firstly, the fact that it was the band's seventh release, and second, that it included seven songs.From the album was selected one long single She Flies On Strange Wings, in which to note the unusual saxophone Barry hay. Because of its length, the song occupied both sides of the vinyl single. Dutch charts said it under number 4. Under the impression of the Beatles film Let It Be was filmed for this single, which Golden Earring performed on the roof of the Hilton hotel in Amsterdam.
