This album by pianist Eddie Boyd was recorded in London in January 1968 with three party early part of Fleetwood Mac (who played Blues, not pop-rock): Peter green (guitar), John McVie (bass guitar) and Mick Fleetwood (drums). Recorded in the winter of 1977 (although the appointment was made in October 1976) in London (Studio "Audio International Studios"). Released on RCA records in April of the same year. The film was produced by the musicians themselves. This album laid the Foundation for the next three albums. Immediately after the release of the album, the band terminated the contract with RCA and moved on to bigger and more famous label Polydor, which released its last four albums. ...more

GILLA-I LIKE SOME COOL ROCK'n'ROLL 1980-FIRST GERMANY PRESS-HANSA - 201406-320. Very rare original one of the best albums in the disco style. Gill and Roelofs 1980 record a new album, preceded by its release of the single We Gotta Get Out Of This Place. The album was called I Like Some Cool Rock'n'roll, and it was produced by himself, Roelofs, and Farian remained in the project as a viewer and a producer, for which, however, had the final word. The album was attended by interesting disco song Go Down Main Street, Tom Cat, as well as a few songs Roelofs, co-written by Fred Jay, including a beautiful lyrical Take Your Time. What prevented this album to be a bestseller, unknown, but, apparently, the role played by the fact that in 1980 disco began to experience hard times.
