The track list includes one song from the first three Traffic albums, two songs from the first solo album Mason's "Alone Together" and "Gimme Some Lovin' " from the former group Steve wynwood art The Spencer Davis Group . (On the wynwood art and rhythm guitar Mason is clearly not in sync for part of "Gimme Some Lovin'".)
