Most of the tracks on Mighty High were recorded in the Studio, but some songs are dubstyle remixes from live recordings at the Beacon Theatre, Bonnaroo, and Mountain Jam. (Code M-0093). It was commissioned by the Vladimir Vysotsky Foundation, but after the release of the first two albums, the Foundation ran out of money and refused to Finance it.
