Mega rare British original by the founder of the British pop wave. Cheapness and Beauty is the fifth Studio album by Boy George, released in 1995. It reached number 44 on the UK albums chart. After achieving his biggest solo success in the US and Canada with the theme song for the film the Crying Game in 1992, George decided to move away from the electronic sound and record some rock-oriented tracks with a glam rock edge. One of the reasons he took this step was to revisit his teenage years while writing his autobiography Take It Like A Man, which was released around the same time as the album. The album also marked the first time that George did not hide his homosexual sexuality in the lyrics. The tracks "Genocide Peroxide" and "Il Adore" were later included in the musical taboo. The album opens with a cover version of Iggy Pop's"Funtime", which was released as a single and reached number 45 on the UK singles chart. A very rare early edition of the cult album. Fireball is the fifth Studio album by British rock band Deep Purple. Recorded between September 1970 and June 1971, released in September 1971 on Harvest Records. The album was recorded at De Lane Lea Studios (like its predecessor). Compared to Deep Purple in Rock, this album was recorded in a more experimental style. Allmusic named it one of the band's four most important albums, along with Machine Head, In Rock, and Burn. Ian Gillan, unlike the rest of the band, considers this album a classic of Deep Purple. However, he noted that the album's inclusion of" Anyone's Daughter "(in country style and with humorous lyrics) was fun, but a mistake ("A good bit of fun, but a mistake"). Jon Lord highlighted several of the album's tracks, such as" No No No "and" Fools", and particularly noted pace's playing in the title track. The track "Strange Kind of Woman", released as a single in February 1971 and rose to number eight in the UK charts. It sold 20,000 copies in its first week.
