A rare European original . Vigil in a Wilderness of Mirrors is the debut solo album by Scottish vocalist Marillion, released in 1990. Fish left Marillion in 1988. Although the recording sessions for this album ended in June 1989, EMI Records decided to postpone the release until early 1990 to avoid a clash with the Marillion Seasons End album released in September. Released on February 4, 1991. The last album "Queen", recorded and released during the life of Freddie Mercury. The name Innuendo contains an "indirect hint" that the band will not last long in this line-up. The last songs were very difficult for Freddie, who was already seriously ill. Nevertheless, the album was finished and well received by the public.
