The songs are remixes of some of their hits, reflecting the popularity of remixes of existing songs and dance culture of the late 1980s and early 1990s. Most of the songs are extended mixes. Some of them were previously released on 12 " singles, but some were completely reworked, and Smith cut the vocals due to the lack of original tapes.

Ball is the third studio album by the rock band Iron Butterfly, released on January 17, 1969. However, the band's signature heavy guitars are still noticeable on tracks such as "In the Time of Our Lives" and "It Must Be Love". Waiting for the Sun is the third studio album by the American rock band The Doors, released in July 1968. The CD was recorded at Sunset Sound Studio (Los Angeles). It was originally planned that it would be based on a 25-minute composition "The Celebration of Lizard" ("Praise of the Lizard"), but after listening to the recorded material, which only Morrison was satisfied with, this idea had to be abandoned. The album also did not include the title song, which was transferred to the album Morrison Hotel. While working on the album, Morrison often got drunk, which infuriated producer Paul Rothschild.
