Amoeba's Secret is a live mini-album by Paul McCartney, released in 2007, recorded during a" secret " (not advertised in advance) performance of McCartney and his band at the Amoeba Music music store in Hollywood on June 27, 2007. The mini-album reached number 119 on the Billboard 200 Albums chart, although the album's advertising was minimal. Two tracks from the mini-album were nominated for a Grammy Award in 2008 for the 51st Award Ceremony held on February 8, 2009: "That Was Me" in the category "Best Male Pop Vocal Performance" and "I Saw Her Standing There" in the category "Best Solo Rock Vocal Performance"

This was to ensure that the album was properly promoted, not that it was "lost" during the shift, and although this was unpleasant for them, the band members supported it. The sound engineer was Alexander "Artem" Arutyunov. The album was mixed on the spot.
