A very rare original of a cult blues album. Indianola Mississippi Seeds is the eighteenth studio album by B. B. King. It was released in October 1970 on ABC Records. On this album, B. B. King mixed elements of blues and rock music. The result was one of King's most critically acclaimed albums and one of the most highly acclaimed blues crossover albums of all time. The album appeared on several Billboard album charts in 1970, peaking at number 26 on the Pop Albums chart, number seven on the Jazz Albums chart, and number eight on Billboard's "Black Albums" list. The album also spawned several hit singles "Chains and Things", King's own song "Don't Ask Me Questions" and Leon Russell's song "Hummingbird". King himself also considers the album one of his greatest achievements. Recorded between September 1970 and June 1971, released in September 1971 on Harvest Records. The album was recorded at De Lane Lea Studios (like its predecessor). Compared to Deep Purple in Rock, this album was recorded in a more experimental style. Allmusic named it one of the band's four most important albums, along with Machine Head, In Rock and Burn. Ian Gillan, unlike the rest of the band, considers this album a classic of Deep Purple. Nevertheless, he noticed that the inclusion of "Anyone's Daughter" (in the country style and with humorous lyrics) on the album was fun, but a mistake ("A good bit of fun, but a mistake"). Jon Lord singled out several tracks of the album, such as "No No No" and "Fools", and especially noted Pace's playing in the title track. The track "Strange Kind of Woman", released as a single in February 1971 and rose to number eight in the UK charts. 20,000 copies were sold in the first week. A very rare original of the cult album..Tourism: Songs from Studios, Stages, Hotelrooms and Other Strange Places is the fourth studio album by Swedish pop duo Roxette, released on August 28, 1992 by EMI. Despite the fact that Roxette was often mistaken for a live album, the album was described in its comments as a "touring album": the band recorded most of their material in numerous recording studios in between concerts of their world-famous band " Join the Joyride! Excursion". The album contains three live concert recordings, while another track was recorded live in an empty nightclub in Sao Paulo. Two more tracks were recorded in Buenos Aires' The Alvear Palace Hotel.The album received mixed reviews from American publications upon its release, with some confusing its concept and incorrectly describing it as containing only five previously unreleased songs. It also underperformed the Billboard 200, peaking at number 117 on the chart and selling about 278,000 copies-far short of the million-dollar joyride.
