After Alice Cooper returned to the big stage in 1986 (since 1983, the musician has been undergoing treatment for alcoholism), and the release of the relatively successful albums Constrictor and Raise Your Fist and Yell, Alice Cooper decided to consolidate success. To do this, he, firstly, did not renew his contract with MCA and signed a contract with the record company Epic, and secondly, invited the famous musician and producer Desmond Child, who was widely known for his work with Kiss, Bon Jovi and Bonnie Tyler. Desmond Child became the producer and co-writer of the album.   Concerto for Group and Orchestra (translated from English — "Concert for Group and Orchestra") is a live album by the British rock band Deep Purple, recorded together with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. One of the first attempts to harmoniously combine classical music and rock music in one piece. It was released in the USA in December 1969, and in the UK in January 1970. By the time the second line-up of Deep Purple was formed, there was a confrontation in the band between the art-rock ambitions of John Lord and the hard-rock ambitions of Richie Blackmore.
