The first compilation album by the American rock band the Eagles, released on February 17, 1976 by Asylum Records. The album contains a selection of songs from the first four Eagles albums released between the formation of the Eagles in 1971 and 1975. Their greatest hits (1971-1975) reached number one on the US Billboard 200 chart, where they remained for five weeks. "One of These Nights" and "The Best of My Love" topped the Billboard Hot 100. The album is notable for being the first album to receive platinum certification by the RIAA, which was introduced in 1976 to recognize albums sold a million copies in the United States. It peaked at number four on the Billboard year-end Albums chart in 1976 and spent a total of 239 weeks on the Billboard 200 as of August 2018. Their Greatest Hits (1971-1975) was the best-selling album of the 20th century in the United States, and it remained so for several years until it was surpassed by Michael Jackson's thriller after the artist's death in 2009.. But he regained this title in August 2018. Emotional Rescue is the 15th British and 17th American Studio album by The Rolling Stones, released in 1980. After the success of the previous album Some Girls, which became their biggest hit to date, The Rolling Stones returned to the Studio in early 1979, to begin writing and to write its sequel. Members Mick Jagger (vocals), Keith Richards (guitar), Ronnie wood (guitar), bill Wyman (bass guitar) and Charlie watts (drums) joined by frequent collaborators Ian Stewart (guitar), Nicky Hopkins (keyboards), Bobby keys (saxophone) and sugar blue (harmonica).After the release, he topped the charts in at least six countries, including the US, UK and Canada. A rare Swedish original of the cult band's debut album. The debut album of the Swedish pop-rock band Roxette. Pearls of Passion was recorded at EMI Studios in Stockholm in 1986, and was released only in Scandinavia and Canada. The first edition of the Swedish record has an engraved inscription on the rim: "T'WAS A PLEASURE - CAPTAIN AND KANGAROO".
