OUT OF FOCUS-WAKE UP!-1971-FIRST PRESS GERMANY-KUCKUCK- 2375006. One of the best prog albums in Germany on a prestigious label. Out Of Focus is a German krautrock-rock fusion band formed at the end of 1968 in Munich: Hennes Herring - keyboards (mainly Hammond organ), Remigius Drexler - guitar, Hans-Georg Neumuller - vocals and brass, Klaus Speri - drums and Stefan Visheu - bass. Out of Focus got their name from the track Blue Cheer, but were also influenced by Soft Machine and Xhol Caravan and quickly created a special style mixing rock, jazz and psychedelic overtones. The band's music was known for the socio-political propaganda present in Moran Neumuller's songs. ASTRUD from Brazil, was born on March 30, 1940 in Salvador da Bahia, Brazil. The album Astrud Gilberto (with Antonio Carlos Jobim) is the debut studio album by Astrud Gilberto. With Antonio Carlos Jobim on guitar and arrangements by Marty Paichaon was released on the Verve Records label in 1965. It peaked at number 41 on the Billboard 200 chart. SWEGAS-CHILD OF LIGHT -1971-THE FIRST PRESS OF FRANCE-TREND-2C-06492507. A very rare French original of the iconic British band. An English band that began its creative activity in 1969. Having signed a contract with BC Records, they recorded their self-titled debut album at Advision Studios in London. However, the album was not released. The band started rehearsals on new material in the premises of the London ambulance. They then made a three-month tour of Europe, starting in Oslo on May 20, 1970. After returning from the tour, the musicians recorded the album "Child Of Light" at Tangerine Studios, located in Dalston (East London). The album was released in a small edition on "Barry Class Record Company". The album received very high marks and is a must in the collection of progressive music of the first line.  ...more
