Welcome to Wherever You Are is the eighth studio album by Australian rock band INXS, released on August 3, 1992.Taking a course on the grunge and alternative rock that was relevant in the first half of the 90s, INXS tried to find a new direction for themselves, a la U2 (Achtung Baby), the use of a sitar, a 60-string orchestra and a much more "raw" sound. Producer Mark Opitz described the writing process as follows: "There's a lot of Michael, Andrew and me on the album. The opinion of everyone and everyone is not present here, because some of them were busy with significant changes in their personal lives." The mixing was handled by Bob Klimauntin.While working on the album, INXS performed at the Concert for Life in March 1992, performing some of the songs to the accompaniment of the orchestra[8] and presenting two new songs - "Taste It" and "All Around".The CD took 1st place in the UK chart, 16th place in the US Billboard 200 chart and was among the top ten albums of the year according to Q and The Independent magazines. However, due to insufficient promotion of the album by the record company and the lack of a tour in support of the album (after successful tours in support of Kick and X, the band took a vacation with the intention of returning with a tour in support of two albums), the album sold worse than its predecessors - gold in Britain in 1992, platinum in the USA in 1997.
The band performed at the 1993 Australian Record Industry Awards (nominated for "Best Band"), performing "Heaven Sent" to the soundtrack of instruments, but with live vocals.

The album was released in the USA on June 7, 1976 by Capitol Records (catalog number SKBO 11537), in the UK on June 10, 1976 by Parlophone (catalog number PCSP 719); at that time, some media suggested that the album was released on the twentieth anniversary of the first meeting of John Lennon and Paul McCartney. If this was indeed the intention, then EMI made a mistake in their calculations, since in reality these two first met in July 1957. The album's title, Rock ’n’ Roll Music, is most likely taken from a Chuck Berry song, a version of which performed by The Beatles was included on the second side of the album. ATLANTIS-SAME-1972-FIRST PRESS GERMANY-VERTIGO-6360609. A rare original continuation of the cult prog group FRUMPY. Atlantis was formed at the end of the summer of 1972 by Inga Rumpf (vocals), Jean-Jacques Kravets (keyboards) and Karl-Heinz Schott (bass). These musicians previously played in the band Frumpy. The founding members also included guitarist Frank Dees and drummer Kurt Kress (formerly of the band Emergency). After several live performances in Germany, the first LP was released at Island Records Studio in London, which was widely recognized, especially in the United States, where Rumpf's bluesy vocals were appreciated. Diz and Kress left the band after recording. For a four-week tour of England with Procol Harum and Traffic, George Meyer joined Atlantis as guitarist and Udo Lindenberg joined Atlantis as drummer.
