The CD was released after the extraordinary success of Band on the Run and also became very popular. Paul McCartney's first album with Capitol Records. After the release of Band on the Run, Wings also included Jimmy McCulloch (lead guitarist) and Jeff Britton (drummer) in 1974. After McCartney wrote several new songs for the upcoming album, the band flew to New Orleans in January 1975 to record Venus and Mars.Britton, after an argument with McCulloch, left the band, having managed to participate in the recording of only three songs of the album. He was urgently picked up a replacement-American Joe English, with whom the recording was continued. McCartney made the songs in Venus and Mars flow smoothly into each other, and the album in this sense became similar to the Beatles ' Abbey Road album. Welcome to Wherever You Are is the eighth studio album by Australian rock band INXS, released on August 3, 1992.Taking a course on the grunge and alternative rock that was relevant in the first half of the 90s, INXS tried to find a new direction for themselves, a la U2 (Achtung Baby), the use of a sitar, a 60-string orchestra and a much more "raw" sound. Producer Mark Opitz described the writing process as follows: "There's a lot of Michael, Andrew and me on the album. The opinion of everyone and everyone is not present here, because some of them were busy with significant changes in their personal lives."
