CHARLES LLOYD-SOUNDTRACK- 1969-FIRST PRESS USA-ATLANTIC-SD1519. A rare original by one of the iconic saxophonists of the second wave of the 60s. The Soundtrack is a live album by jazz saxophonist Charles Lloyd, recorded at New York City Hall in 1968 by the Charles Lloyd Quartet featuring Keith Jarrett, Ron McClure and Jack DeJohnette.Tom Jurek's review on Allmusic awarded the album 4 stars and reads: "The soundtrack stomps with all the fury of a live gospel choir trying to assign Saturday night to God and not another guy... The band is in a heavy Latin American mood, where blues, samba, bossa, hard bop, modal and even soul are saturated with blues. With only four tunes presented, the Charles Lloyd Quartet, although slightly more dissonant than in 1966 and 1967, plays much harder, rougher and gets into rhythm faster than any group that Lloyd led previously... The band broke up shortly after when Jarrett left to play with Miles Davis, but if it had been a swan song live, they couldn't have picked a better gig. ...more

CHILLY-FOR YOUR LOVE-1978-FIRST PRESS GERMANY-POLYDOR -2371885.A mega rare first album by a disco band of the highest standard. Chilly was a German euro disco/rock band from 1978 to 1983. They were created and produced by producer, composer and songwriter Bernt Merle. Their first album "For your Love" included the 11:50 suite (extended version) of the song "For Your Love", recorded with an arrangement by Christian Kolonowitz and Bernt Merle. The original song "For Your Love" was a Yardbirds hit, released in 1965 and written by Graham Gouldman. Bernt Merle added new lyrics and composed additional music to the arrangement of "I Walk alone", and the suite became a great international disco hit. Bernt Merle created with "For Your Love" a new standard in disco music of the late 70s - early 80s. The song remained on the Billboard Dance club songs chart for 7 weeks, peaking at number 38 in April 1979. ...more

A rare European original of the cult group. Listen Like Thieves is the fifth studio album by the Australian rock band INXS, released on October 14, 1985. It is considered the breakthrough album in the band's career, it was on it that the single "What You Need" was released, which hit the Top 5 of the US charts (the best result for INXS at that time). This album also marked the beginning of the band's successful collaboration with producer Chris Thomas, who had a hand in recording the band's next most successful albums, Kick (1987) and X (1990). In the USA, the album received double platinum status.
